Police looking for man who allegedly brandished a gun and stole a beer

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Police are looking for a man who allegedly brandished a gun and stole a beer from a northeast Bakersfield gas station.

The suspect allegedly entered the Circle K, located at 5600 Auburn Street, and brandished a gun at store employees before stealing a single beer, BPD said in a news release.


Investigators released a photo and description of the robbery suspect Tuesday.

Police describe the suspect as a man in his 30s with a medium build. He is between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 9 inches tall. The man was last seen wearing a Lakers starter’s hooded jacket, glasses and a full beard.
