Hunter Biden convicted of illegal gun possession

The jury found US President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, guilty on all three counts in a federal weapons trial, multiple media outlets reported today, citing reporters in the courtroom, a reported the DPA.

Hunter Biden was accused of making false statements when purchasing a gun in October 2018 and concealing his drug addiction at the time. He faces up to 25 years in prison and a fine of up to $750,000.

However, it is not known how severe the sentence handed down by the competent judge will be, since Hunter Biden has no criminal record.

The US president previously said he would not pardon his son if convicted, DPA noted.
