DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office Participates in Anti-Child Trafficking Training | Local News

The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office completed training this week with the Child Trafficking Solutions Project.

The organization teaches Alabama law enforcement how to recognize, rethink, and respond to incidents of child sexuality and labor trafficking.

DCSO members participated in the day-long training at Fort Payne on Monday.

Several organizations helped organize the training event, including the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the DeKalb County Children’s Advocacy Center.
