Redwood City police were notified of an armed robbery at a 7-Eleven on Fifth Avenue around 12:17 a.m. Saturday. The store clerk informed officers that a man had stolen items and left the establishment. When the store clerk noticed the theft, the suspect brandished a large knife in a “threatening” manner.
