Lab Diagnostics Company Alifax’s Trade Secret Victory Restored on Appeal

The Federal Circuit revived a 2019 jury verdict that a rival of Alifax Holding SpA in Rhode Island stole the Italian company’s trade secrets to develop a copycat laboratory diagnostic tool, but not its prize money. $6.5 million.
