Raúl Labrador files appeal with federal agency and complains about Lava Ridge project

TWIN FALLS, Idaho — On June 6, the Bureau of Land Management released a preferred alternative plan that reduces the Lava Ridge Wind Turbine Project by nearly half of its total number of wind turbines. However, the alternative plan has still not been favored by many Idaho politicians, and now Attorney General Raúl Labrador has announced an administrative appeal to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to stop the development’s progress.
