OTTAWA COUNTY, MI – Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a report of an armed robbery at a jewelry store in Holland Township.

The theft was reported at 5:24 p.m. Monday, June 10, at KB Gold Jewelry at 130 East Lakewood Boulevard, near Beeline Road, Ottawa County sheriff’s deputies said.

Police responded to a report that several armed robbers were in the store demanding merchandise. The thieves fled after an altercation inside the store.

They were no longer there when the police arrived on the scene.

No injuries were reported. Police did not say whether anything was stolen.
