The Carabinieri of the Nola company, under the coordination of the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Juvenile Court of Naples, proceeded to the arrest of a suspect of a crime against a 16-year-old young person from Cimitile, with no criminal record, seriously suspected of attempted murder and illegal possession of weapons. The investigation, triggered by a report to the emergency number 112 received on Sunday evening, made it possible to identify the individual who had stabbed a 20-year-old young man, also without a criminal record, from Tufino, who is still in a state of critical. At the end of the formalities, the minor was placed in the first reception center in Naples, pending the validation interrogation. It is obligatory to note that the beneficiary of the precautionary measure is, for the moment, only suspected of an offense and that his situation will only be definitively examined judicially after the pronouncement of a sentence which has become final, in compliance with constitutional principles of presumption of innocence.
