Report – Wolves reject Arsenal offer for goalkeeper

Wolves have rejected Arsenal’s first offer for goalkeeper Dan Bentley.

The Gunners have developed an interest in their former academy player Bentley in recent weeks and have been working to bring him back to the club.

Wolves were not prepared to lose him this summer, but they are now open to a transfer if Arsenal offer a good fee.

The 30-year-old is also open to a transfer, although he would not be first choice at the Emirates.

However, Arsenal have suffered a setback in their bid to add him to their squad, with a report in The Sun claiming their first offer has been rejected.

Wolves want more money and are waiting for a better offer from the Gunners, who must now assess whether to send a new bid.

Although Bentley is not a regular starter for their team, Wolves believe he is worth more than Arsenal have offered for his signature.

Considering that Bentley is good enough for our team is reason enough for us to offer a good price for his signature.

The goalkeeper is hoping we will come back with a better offer for his signature in the coming weeks.
