LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A 17-year-old boy is accused of pulling a gun into a large crowd during an event Sunday at a Lincoln park.

A video circulating at an event in Antelope Park hosted by YouTube influencer Cam Wilder showed someone holding a black handgun with an extended magazine.

The Lincoln Police Department received a report of the weapon Sunday evening and began an investigation.

The next day, officers followed the trail of a stolen vehicle to an alley near 29th and Starr streets. Police said five people got out of the car and ran toward a house.

According to police, officers found a black bag containing two firearms near the truck. One of the weapons matched the firearm seen in the video.

Authorities surrounded the house and five teenagers came out after about 30 minutes.

The teenagers were arraigned on suspicion of robbery, possession of a stolen firearm and possession of a firearm by a prohibited minor.

During the investigation, officers learned that the 17-year-old had brandished the weapon, police said.
