LIVINGSTON, NJ — Three people stole nearly $3,000 worth of merchandise from a liquor store in Livingston earlier this week, police said Tuesday.

The Livingston Police Department released the following details about the theft:

“On June 7 at 4:45 p.m., Livingston officers responded to a report of a shoplifting incident at Bottle King. Upon arrival, officers met with store personnel who advised that three individuals had just stolen approximately $3,000 worth of merchandise from the store. A description of the perpetrators and the vehicle used was provided.”


The Livingston Detective Bureau is investigating the theft, authorities said.
