3 DUI arrests, 10 shoplifting incidents reported in Bridgewater

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — The June report card includes arrests for drunken driving and shoplifting as well as a vehicle burglary.

May 22 around 3:56 p.m.: Vanessa Aiello, 29, of Clinton, was arrested for shoplifting at the Home Depot, located at 400 Promenade Blvd. Aiello stole merchandise from the store valued at $576. Aiello was issued a summons to file a complaint and is scheduled to appear in court.

May 24 around 11:08 p.m.: Magnolia Noyola, 31, of Somerset, was arrested on Interstate 287 South after officers observed several traffic violations on Route 22 West. Noyola was arrested at the scene for DUI and issued summonses for DUI, reckless driving and failure to maintain lane of traffic. Noyola was released with a pending court hearing.

May 30 around 10:06 a.m.: Officers responded to a residence on Kline Place for a motor vehicle break-in. The victim reported that his vehicle (unsecured/unlocked) was parked in the driveway and had been searched overnight where items were stolen.

June 2 around 12:40 p.m.: A 50-year-old Hillsborough man was arrested for shoplifting at Target, located at 200 Promenade Blvd. He stole $134.15 worth of merchandise from the store. He was issued a summons to file a complaint and is scheduled to appear in court.

June 8 around 6:15 p.m.: Cindy Moreno-Esteban, 35, of Bound Brook, was arrested for shoplifting at Target, located at 200 Promenade Blvd. Moreno-Esteban stole $725.50 worth of merchandise from the store. Moreno-Esteban was issued a summons to file a complaint and is scheduled to appear in court.

June 13 at around 1:56 a.m.: Thomas Chmura, 21, of Bridgewater, was arrested on Interstate 287 North after officers observed several traffic violations on 202/206 North. Chmura was arrested at the scene for DUI and issued the following summonses: DUI, failure to obey a traffic control device, improper entry onto a highway, reckless driving and careless driving. Chmura was released with a court appearance pending.

June 13 around 8:23 p.m.: Mark Zagaja, 31, of Manville, was arrested for shoplifting at Target, located at 200 Promenade Blvd. Zagaja stole merchandise from the store valued at $274.27. Zagaja was issued a summons to file a complaint and is scheduled to appear in court.

June 14 around 11:38 p.m.: Carlos Ramos Jr., 31, of Piscataway, was arrested on Polhemus Lane. Ramos Jr. was arrested at the scene for DUI and issued summonses for DUI and reckless driving. Ramos Jr. was released with a court appearance pending.

June 18 around 6:58 p.m.: Kyle Favaloro, 40, of Somerville, was arrested for shoplifting at Target, located at 200 Promenade Blvd. Investigation revealed that Favaloro stole $987 worth of merchandise from the store in five separate incidents. Favaloro was issued a summons to file a complaint and is scheduled to appear in court.

June 19 around 3:50 p.m.: A New Hope, Pennsylvania woman was arrested for shoplifting at Target, located at 200 Promenade Blvd. Mendez stole $43.64 worth of merchandise from the store. She was issued a summons to file a complaint and is scheduled to appear in court.

June 22 around 12:36 p.m.: An 18-year-old Bound Brook woman was arrested for shoplifting at Target, located at 200 Promenade Blvd. Cabral stole $144.99 worth of merchandise from the store. She was issued a summons to file a complaint and is scheduled to appear in court.

June 22 around 6:39 p.m.: A 38-year-old Patterson man was arrested for shoplifting at Target, located at 200 Promenade Blvd. He stole $143.45 worth of merchandise from the store. He was issued a summons to file a complaint and is scheduled to appear in court.

June 25 around 9:03 p.m.: Omarion Mack, 20, of Piscataway, was arrested for shoplifting at Target, located at 200 Promenade Blvd. Mack stole $394 worth of merchandise from the store. Mack was issued a summons to file a complaint and is scheduled to appear in court.

June 26 around 4:44 p.m.: A 24-year-old Bloomsbury man was arrested for shoplifting at Target, located at 200 Promenade Blvd. Stansberry stole $242.43 worth of merchandise from the store. Stansberry was issued a summons to file a complaint and is scheduled to appear in court.
