A Freeport man was arrested July 5 in connection with several incidents in Nassau County between May and October 2023.

Victor S. Garrison Jr., 23, was the subject of an “extensive investigation” before his arrest, Nassau police said. He is believed to have been responsible for three residential burglaries, on Sept. 19 on Nostrand Avenue in Uniondale, on Sept. 21 on Grand Avenue in Baldwin and on Oct. 2 on Lincoln Avenue in Roosevelt.

Police determined that Garrison allegedly removed the victims’ credit cards and identification from several cars and used them to make unauthorized purchases.

Garrison is charged with four counts of burglary, three counts of criminal possession of stolen property, four counts of grand larceny, two counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument, four counts of identity theft, two counts of unauthorized use of a vehicle and two counts of criminal mischief.

He will be arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead on July 6.
